Hello. My name is Ryan, I am 21 years old and I live in the amazing state of Colorado. This story begins in first grade at Sunrise Elementary School. From what I remember, the day in question was a warmer winter day in which I had shown up to school without my homework being done. Students that didn't have their homework for class were required to forfeit their recess to finishing the assignment in the main classroom. This was the first time (and not the last) that I had not done my homework for school the next day. I don't remember what had gotten in my way of doing it, the life of a first grader is pretty hectic so it could've been any number of things, haha. I didn't know it at the time but just before I walked into the main classroom, I had arrived at the greatest "fork in the road" of my life.
